With over 10 years of experience in the disability sector, I am deeply passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals living with disabilities and mental health challenges. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside all different people and communities, helping them navigate their NDIS journey and supporting them in achieving their personal goals.

 Having lived in Western Australia for most of my younger life, I decided to broaden my horizons and explore the Australian disability networks and services to deepen my knowledge of the disability sector nationwide. This experience has enriched my skills and deepened my understanding of the diverse needs of people across the country, allowing me to identify how we, as a service, can help fill the gaps in service delivery. 

My passion for working with people with disabilities stems from my belief in the power of independence, self-determination, and inclusion. I truly believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life, regardless of the challenges they face. This is why I opened J&R Support Coordination Services — to offer a service that thrives on supporting people in their journey toward independence, well-being, and achieving their goals.
